Cephalon Sokoban End-User License Agreement

Effective date: August 8, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Shinji Tsutsui (筒井 真司), doing business as Cephalon Sokoban ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"), for the Cephalon Sokoban Overwolf application, web application, inventory-sharing services, updates, and related documentation (collectively, the "Application"). This Agreement is between you and the Developer only, not Overwolf.

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application. You represent that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement and meet the minimum age requirements applicable where you live.

2. License

Subject to this Agreement, the Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, worldwide license to install and use the Application for your own non-commercial purposes. The Application is licensed, not sold. No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.

3. Application Functionality

The Application receives supported Warframe data through Overwolf, organizes inventory and related game information, provides optional reminders and overlays, and lets you create optional inventory-sharing URLs. Some features require Warframe to be running, the Overwolf overlay to be enabled, an Overwolf account, network access, or third-party services. Features may be unavailable when those dependencies are unavailable or changed.

4. Accounts, Authentication, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Overwolf account, device, and sharing URLs. Permanent-share write operations require the owning Overwolf account. You may not impersonate another person, attempt to take over another user's slug or share, bypass authentication or upload limits, or interfere with the security or operation of the Application.

5. Inventory Sharing and User Direction

Sharing is optional and occurs only when you initiate or enable a sharing feature. You choose which supported inventory categories to include. A person with your sharing URL may view the included information without authentication. You are responsible for your sharing choices, distribution of the URL, and ensuring that you have the right to submit the information. You must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not:

7. Overwolf

Overwolf is not a party to this Agreement and is not responsible for the Application, its content, maintenance, support, warranties, or claims relating to it. The Developer, not Overwolf, is solely responsible for the Application and support. Overwolf and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and, upon your acceptance, may enforce this Agreement as third-party beneficiaries.

8. Third-Party Services and Game Rights

The Application uses or links to services provided by Overwolf, Cloudflare, Digital Extremes/Warframe, and others. Your use of those services is subject to their terms. The Developer does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, security, content, or services.

Warframe and related names, game data, images, icons, and trademarks belong to Digital Extremes or their respective owners. Overwolf and related marks belong to Overwolf. Cephalon Sokoban is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Digital Extremes or Overwolf.

9. Advertising

The free Application may display advertisements supplied through Overwolf's proprietary advertising platform. Advertising and associated third-party processing are subject to Overwolf's applicable terms and privacy notices. You must not obscure, manipulate, automate interaction with, or otherwise interfere with advertisements.

10. Ownership and Open-Source Components

The Developer and licensors retain all rights in the Application, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, except for third-party materials owned by their respective owners. The Application may include open-source software governed by its applicable license notices. Those licenses control where they conflict with this Agreement for the relevant component.

11. Updates, Availability, and Changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application. Updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that the Application, Warframe integration, Overwolf APIs, game events, advertisements, websites, or sharing services will always be available, compatible, accurate, or error-free.

12. Termination

This Agreement continues until terminated. You may terminate it by uninstalling and ceasing use of the Application and deleting any permanent share. The Developer may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement, create security or legal risk, abuse the Service, or if continued operation is no longer reasonably possible. Upon termination, the license ends and you must stop using the Application. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND SECURITY. THE APPLICATION IS NOT AN OFFICIAL WARFRAME SERVICE AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON FOR CRITICAL DECISIONS.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, GAME PROGRESS, ACCESS, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO THE DEVELOPER FOR THE APPLICATION DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR USD 10. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN EXCLUSIONS, SO THESE LIMITS APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED.

15. Maintenance, Support, and Claims

The Developer, not Overwolf, is responsible for maintenance and support and for addressing claims relating to the Application, including product liability, legal compliance, and intellectual-property claims. Support and legal notices may be sent to [email protected].

16. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains collection, use, disclosure, sharing, retention, and deletion of user and device information. By using the Application, you acknowledge that policy. Overwolf and other providers separately govern their own processing.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded. Courts located in Tokyo, Japan will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. General Terms

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement without our consent. We may assign it in connection with a transfer of the Application or business. This Agreement and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement concerning the Application, except for applicable third-party terms.
